Terms of Service – Lazycat Ha Giang Loop Small Group Tours – Motorbike adventures

Welcome to Lazycat, a trusted and experienced Ha Giang Loop small group tour company in Northern Vietnam. By booking or using our services—including Ha Giang Loop tours, motorbike adventures with Easy Riders, authentic homestay stays, and small group travel packages—you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

Lazycat reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any new features, itineraries, or services we introduce, including upgraded Ha Giang Loop small group motorbike tours, will also fall under these Terms. 1. Account & Booking Terms

By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Tour itineraries, road conditions, and schedules may vary.

  • Lazycat is not liable for changes caused by weather, road closures, or local regulations.

  • Safety is a top priority, and adjustments may be made to ensure a secure travel experience.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are clearly stated and include motorbike rental, fuel, accommodation, meals, permits, and guide services (unless otherwise noted).

  • Payment must be made in full before the start of your Ha Giang Loop tour.

  • Credit card payments may be subject to a small transaction fee from the bank.

  • Prices may change based on seasonal demand, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Termination of Services

Lazycat reserves the right to suspend or cancel bookings, accounts, or ongoing services if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Terms of Service are violated

  • Misuse or abusive behavior occurs
    In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

5. Customer Relationship

By booking a Ha Giang Loop small group motorbike tour with Lazycat, you are considered a valued client of our company. You agree not to misrepresent your relationship with Lazycat, make false claims, or suggest partnerships without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Lazycat is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as income loss, travel delays, accidents, or cancellations.

  • Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid for your booked tour.

7. Disclaimers

  • Any disputes related to bookings, services, or these Terms will be resolved by confidential arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • Both parties waive the right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Vietnam and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service represent the complete agreement between you and Lazycat regarding your Ha Giang Loop small group tour booking. They supersede all prior agreements, whether written or verbal. Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
